This creature is a large and bulky quadruped. Its large trunks are used as grip organs but also function as two mouths, adding even more to its overall length. It has evolved very differently in comparison to the much smaller bipedal Snablesnot Male, and as such the species has a much larger degree of sexual dimorphism than is commonly seen on Eudoria.
The female Snablesnot is a relatively harmless herbivore that feeds on low vegetation. Its food is torn up using the trunk(s) and sucked up into the trunk were they are dissolved by a corrosive slime that lines the trunks, before reaching the belly and the rest of its digestive system. In common with the males, the female is able to "blow its nose," showering any attacker with the sticky green corrosive slime (snot) that lines its trunks.
Snabel is "trunk" in Swedish, the "snot" is pretty obvious. A trunk that throws out snot, pretty simple.
