This is Ach O Torment's whip.

Ach O Torment was know for his cruelty even towards his own. After the return of the Umbranoids through a mysterious space-time portal, Ach O Torment soon became the most feared Umbranoid on Calypso

History:

The Ach O Torment's Tainted Whip was given out as an event prize for people that handed in their Duchev log collections on the inauguration day of the Genesis Star Tower at Twin Peaks. Together with the whip, people handing in ther collections also received a pair of Jaguar Foot Guards and an Isis LR 53 (L) .

As only nine collections were handed in, only nine Ach O Torment's Tainted Whip (L) exist.
